Praise Dancers

Willing Workers Baptist Church Praise Dance Ministry

Our Purpose

A way to uplift God in praise and worship.

Praise Him with the tambourine and dancing; praise Him with stringed instruments and flutes. - Psalm 150:4

The praise dance ministry of Willing Workers Baptist Church was established in the year of 1998 under the guidance of the Holy Spirit through Sis. Dana Burks-Howard. Sis. Howard continued to allow the Holy Spirit to guide her and presented this ministry to the church. On Sunday, June 28, 1998, after careful consideration Pastor James C. Carrington, Jr. appointed her as director of this ministry.

It is through the power of prayer and dedication that Willing Workers Baptist Church now has several praise dance groups ranging from ages 4-65. We have the Tiny Tots of Praise, Angels of Praise 1&2, Hands of Praise, Ladies of Praise, and Women Of Distinction.

The Praise Dance Ministry is a way to uplift God in praise and worship. It is also designed to reach out to both the young and the old.

We are a group of young men and ladies striving to do the work of the Lord through dance.
